How it works

  1. 1

    We visit while you're away

On a regular schedule, inside and out: water, air conditioning, humidity, doors, windows and anything special about your home.

  2. 2

You get a report with photos

After every visit: what we checked, anything that needs attention first, and photos stamped with the time and place.

  3. 3

    Problems get handled

Anything urgent reaches our office right away. We can get you a quote from a checked local vendor.

Weather Mode

When a storm is on the way, you confirm your plan with one tap. We prepare your home before it arrives and check it as soon as it's safe, then show you the result with photos.
